Nuage Concept Store reserves the right to modify the General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. &nbsp;<\/span><br><\/div>\n<h2><br><\/h2><h2>Contract conclusion<\/h2>\n<p>The conclusion of the contract takes effect as soon as the customer places his order in the nuageconceptstore.ch online shop. Once an online order has been received, an order confirmation will be sent to the customer&#8217;s e-mail address. Voucher orders are sent by letter. They are usually sent by Swiss Post. Delivery time is usually 3 working days for Switzerland.<\/p>\n<h2>Returns management<\/h2>\n<p>Returns and exchanges are possible within 15 days of receipt of ordered items. Only items that are unused, clean, in perfect condition, labelled and in their original packaging may be returned or exchanged. No refunds will be made.
