Usage:<\/h3>\n

Apply two coats, taking care to let dry between each coat. This varnish is water-resistant. <\/p>\n

This nail polish can be used alone or under a transparent varnish to enhance it with mother-of-pearl. Try the Pearly White PERLE nail polish on top and fans of pink and glitter will be in heaven! <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
